£160 group/team supervision
What is it?
Clinical supervision is a structured process in which a more experienced clinician (the supervisor) provides guidance, feedback, and support to a less experienced clinician or trainee (the supervisee). It aims to enhance the supervisee’s clinical skills, ensure the quality of client care, and promote professional growth while maintaining ethical and professional standards. This relationship also serves as a space for reflection and addressing challenges in clinical practice. Indoor supervision is typically 50 minutes in length, supervision taking place outdoor may be slightly longer. Learn more about supervision guidance and principles for psychologists here.

Expeditions
* fee is expedition specific
What is it?
Expeditions are immersive experiences designed to provide people with time and space for self-reflection, professional or personal development, and rejuvenation. Grounded in ecotherapy, expeditions actively use outdoor environments, and may incorporate activities such as mindfulness practices, rituals, and small group discussions (if multiple clients are present) to foster growth, resilience, and well-being. Expeditions are not psychotherapy in a traditional sense as they typically last a day or longer. They aim to improve self-awareness, enhance our ability to manage stress, and deepen connection to self, others, and nature.
Is it for me?
Expeditions have some minimal mobility requirements, but even these can be flexible in most cases. Key attributes, such as location and duration of the expedition, are agreed between client(s) and facilitator or there are tried and tested options the client(s) may choose to opt for. The client(s) should be able to regularly carry out most activities of daily living independently, be it work, caring responsibilities, study, or general self-care. The facilitator does not assume responsibility for the client(s), but general safety measures are put in place. Please refer to the FAQs for further details.

Reflective practice sessions
£190 for groups and teams
What is it?
Reflective practice sessions provide clinicians with a dedicated space to pause, share, and explore the thoughts, emotions, and perspectives underlying their actions in both personal and professional contexts. These sessions encourage dialogue, embrace differences, and promote growth by fostering resilience, connectedness, and the ability to find value in challenging experiences. Through active listening and peer learning, clinicians enhance their professional skills while reflecting on the interplay between personal and professional experiences.

Teaching and training
* fee is request specific
What is it?
Teaching and Training sessions equip clinicians and non-clinicians with practical knowledge and skills to enhance their professional practice or personal development. Led by a clinical psychologist, these sessions may offer structured learning on e.g., key psychological concepts, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based approaches. Through interactive discussions, case-based learning, and skill-building exercises, attendees gain confidence and competence in applying their knowledge effectively. These sessions foster professional and personal growth, critical thinking, and the ability to integrate new insights into professional practice and life outside of the workplace.
